Patient Triage, Office Manager
Amy has 25 years of experience in working with ENT offices and is the manager of the practice. Customer service is her number one priority and she works very hard for patients. She is the youngest of 3 children and a big fan of her family, music, and animals. She and her husband Tim live in Marietta.
Shannon Mayer
Surgical scheduler, Patient Triage
Shannon derives much satisfaction from helping patients and their families obtaining their needs through good communication. There are few situations more stressful than your child having surgery, and Shannon is there to help through the experience. She is mother of two and has seen the process from the side of a parent.
Francisca “Francie” Cajina
Medical Assistant
Francie has helped raise over 30 children in her lifetime. She is very good about sensing the needs of parents and their children alike. She is our resident expert on swaddling babies. Francie is a native of Nicaragua and self-taught in English. In 2019, she became a proud U.S. Citizen.
Rahiq Rahman
Medical Assistant
Rahiq’s industriousness and pleasant smile make for a great work day. He has served as a medical scribe and assistant for over 3 years, all while completing his degree in molecular biology, applying to medical school, and doing research with the Pediatric ENT department at Emory. He also keeps doctor Sipp up to date with the changes in popular culture.
Kylie Thom
Patient Triage, Medical Assistant
Kylie’s friendliness and diligence ensures that every day is organized and productive. She has worked within ENT for several years and assists patients and families alike as she prepares for the nursing program. She’s also an excellent chef and creates outstanding recipes.
